We will do our best to accommodate your first selected date. Selection of participants will be based strictly on staff evaluations of your writing talent and potential. The coaching staff can vary from weekend to weekend as not every coach is available for every weekend.
About Your Deposit & Our Refund Policies: We cannot refund your deposit if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled weekend. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule to another weekend, but it is not guaranteed. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. If you wish to come with another writer friend or group of writers, please submit your applications in hard copy format and state your desire to attend on the same weekend. We can also offer Christian writer group discounts (minimum of 8 people) with different selection criteria. Call or write us for details.
